Mindful Movement ~ QiGong
A modern take on the ancient practice of QiGong.
Using gentle stretches to warm up and activate our bodies internal energy systems, then flowing movement sequences to build strength and flexibility and bring a mindful sense of calm. Classes end with a short relaxation and meditation.

Fitness Pilates
Focusing on working the body's core muscles this mat based class will help enhance posture, strength and balance.

Yoga for All
A hatha flow style class suitable for those with some previous yoga experience

Midweek Mindful Breathing Practice followed by
Yoga for All
Join Anne at 8.40am for a short early morning pranayana practice followed by our morning class, or come for the start of the class at 9am - a dynamic practice with a Seasonal Energy focus.

Yoga for All
A flow style class with a Seasonal Energy focus suitable for those with some previous yoga experience

Yoga for Strength and Stablility
Using resistance bands to develop strength and stability in classic and modern yoga postures, Nic's class will give you a great workout and leave you feeling toned and chilled

Yin Yoga
A slow practice using cushions, pillows and blankets for support, this class will promote healthy joints, and fascial release, enhance your flexibility and mobility, encourage a sense of balance and wellbeing, nurture your soul.

Although both are stand-alone classes, when practiced together the Yoga for Strength and Stability class followed by the Yin class make a wonderful complete practice.

Yoga for Beginners followed by Gentle Yoga for All
If you're new to yoga or feeling the need to refresh your practice this class is for you.
Choose the 90 minute Beginner's class for a great introduction to hatha yoga practice, or join the class at 7.50pm for an hour of gentle hatha yoga.

Yoga for All
This class combines functional movement with a restorative focus to prepare for the weekend ahead.

Sound and Relaxation Sessions
Every 3rd Friday of the month
Join us at one of our popular Friday evening Sound and Relaxation sessions.
Experience the wonderful combination of restorative yoga, with a sound bath of singing bowls, gong and chimes to rebalance and restore your energy and leave you feeling relaxed and ready for the weekend.

Saturday Sessions to Deepen your Practice
Deepen your knowledge and understanding of your practice.
With a different theme every week, this class will focus on different aspects of our practice:
Explore the Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) sequence,
Learn how to use vinyasas to link postures into a seamless flow,
Explore the power of the Virabhadrasana (Warrior) postures,
Learn hip opening sequences ....and more.

Flow & Reset
Balance your body in this Vinyasa Flow class through warm up, breath work and a series of flow sequences followed by relaxation to prepare you for the week ahead.







One-to-One and Small Group Yoga Classes
One-to-one and small group yoga classes can be booked on Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 4pm (Subject to availablility, maximum 3 per class). Class Cost

Classes are 90 minutes, and are planned for you in consultation with your teacher.
