A dynamic class with a Seasonal Energy focus.

A slower paced class with a Seasonal Energy focus.

Mindful Flow Yoga
This class will combine sequences of classic yoga postures with the intention of guiding and directing the flow of life force energy (called prana in yoga and Qi in Qi Gong) through our bodies for a sense of wellbeing. If you already enjoy our yoga and Qi Gong classes or if you're feeling it's time to try something a little different this is for you.
Expect to feel strengthened, stretched and relaxed at the end of the class.

Qi Gong
A modern take on the ancient practice of Qi Gong.
Using gentle stretches to warm up and activate our bodies internal energy systems, then flowing movement sequences to build strength and flexibility and bring a mindful sense of calm. Classes end with a short relaxation and meditation.
In January, February and March this class will be taught on zoom only

Dynamic Flow Yoga
This class combines dynamic flowing posture work with a focus on how yoga is a great practice for tonifying the whole body, helping us develop co-ordination, strength and stability whilst maintaining flexibility.

A hatha flow style class suitable for those with some previous yoga experience

Midweek Mindful Breathing Practice followed by
Midweek Morning Yoga
Join us at 9am for a short early morning pranayama practice followed by a 60 minute class, or come for the start of the class at 9.15am.
Suitable for most beginners and anyone wanting to refresh their practice.

Yoga for All
A gentle flow style class with a restorative focus to relax you at the end of the day.

Fitness Pilates
Focusing on working the body's core muscles this mat based class will help enhance posture, strength and balance.

Qi Gong
A modern take on the ancient practice of Qi Gong.

This class combines functional movement with a restorative focus to prepare for the weekend ahead.

Sound Bath Relaxation
Join Anne at one of our popular Friday evening Sound Bath Relaxation.
Experience the wonderful combination of a short restorative yoga practice followed by a long relaxation with a sound bath of singing bowls, gong and chimes to rebalance and restore your energy and leave you feeling relaxed and ready for the weekend.

Yin Yoga Relaxation
Join Nic for a blissful hour of Yin yoga followed by a deep relaxation to prepare you for the weekend

Rise & Flow
Join Cat for a dynamic Vinyasa Flow class to set you up for the weekend. Expect smooth flowing sequences and a blissful relaxation






One-to-One and Small Group Yoga Classes
One-to-one and small group yoga classes can be booked on Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 4pm (Subject to availablility, maximum 3 per class). Class Cost

Classes are 90 minutes, and are planned for you in consultation with your teacher.
